David Faustmann
Founder & Managing Director
David is an industrial engineer with extensive experience in the strategy consulting environment. His main topics include operating model design and risk management as nexus for articulating business strategies and enabling sustainable and scalable operations.
He founded b.core consulting with the core idea that organizational improvement cannot happen exclusively at the conceptual level and therefore often fails. Rather, "real" obstacles/ compromises to excellence must be addressed in a person-centric way. This is reflected in the three pillars of b.core, core Management Systems, core Teams and core Tools.
